fee. You may never need this type of service if You handle your jewelry with care and lay heavier knotted items flat to store. Considering the possible loss of valuable
gemstones and pearls (if a strand should break) it is wise to purchase quality, hand knotted pieces.
Parts: Some of the parts used in the making of Jewelry by Jill may be guaranteed by Jill's supplier. When such parts are returned with the broken item, postage paid,
She is often able to negotiate with suppliers for free replacement. However, in the event that Your repair requires the additional purchase of materials, You will be
contacted with a written estimate, subject to Your approval.
Items to be repaired must be shipped USPS/ Signature Required at the customer's expense. You will receive exact instructions by calling Customer Service at
Refunds: In the most extreme event that Jill should become ill, injured or otherwise unable to complete your order, your payment will be
returned, in full. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Exchanges: If You receive an item that is not the item You purchased (ie: You ordered a pearl necklace but receive a rose quartz
necklace), You will be sent a return shipping label, at no charge. Jill will then ship You the correct item. A Return Merchandise
Authorization Code (RMA) must be obtained within 5 days of delivery to the Customer. To obtain an RMA number, You must Contact Us
